Located on the southwestern edge of the Russian River Valley appellation in an area known as the Sebastopol Hills, where cool breezes and morning fog from the nearby Bodega Bay provide a distinctive microclimate for growing high quality pinot noir and chardonnay. Paul Hobbs acquired the site in 2012 and named it in honor of the late George Menini, an admired apple rancher and former proprietor of the estate.
