Named in honor of Paul Hobbs’s great-grandfather who was a farmer and steward of the family’s apple orchard in upstate New York, the small estate vineyard is dedicated to chardonnay that grows on a gentle rolling bench land and experiences cooling fog and coastal breezes.

Situated atop a hill with rolling terrain, well-drained soils and south-eastern exposure.
